What if I'm late or miss a payment?

Contact the program as soon as you are aware you have missed a payment. Our staff are here to help you plan a strategy to meet all of your responsibilities. If you are late with your payments, we can take several enforcement actions.

You can choose to negotiate a voluntary payment arrangement with your enforcement officer. This is a plan where you agree to pay the arrears (money owing) in addition to your current maintenance payments.

To begin the voluntary payment arrangement process, you need to
