You can sign into MEP Online any time to see

  • the most up-to-date status of your account
  • if any arrears are owing
  • what, if any, enforcement actions are in place

If you are having a problem signing on to MEP Online

We are currently looking at options to make MEP Online accessible to all clients, including those using tablets, smartphones and various internet platforms.

In the meantime, if you have access and would like to communicate with the MEP electronically, please log into MEP Online and select Correspondence tab to “Create Correspondence” as the preferred method, as your message goes directly to the staff managing your case and directly to your case file. You will require your case and PIN numbers and a valid email address to use this option. You will receive an email notification advising you of a response from staff via the Correspondence tool.

In the event that you are unable to log into MEP Online, you may contact the program by using the MEP Infoline any time of the day or night to get an update on your case. You may also submit your email request to

MEP InfoLine

You can use MEP’s 24/7 automated phone line to

  • enrol in MEP
  • get information about your maintenance order
  • check on what enforcement actions are in place
  • report a direct payment
  • report any changes to your information (or your child’s)
  • request a call back from an MEP enforcement officer (your call will be returned within 2 business days)
  • give a compliment or make a complaint about your MEP experience
